Drunken Pineapple
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple (cored, pealed, and cut into bite-sized chunks)
3/4 c coconut rum
3/4 c pineapple rum
1 t vanilla
Directions

Place pineapple in a flat plastic container (to allow to marinate in rums).

Mix rums together and add to pineapple.

Marinate pineapple for 2 days (stirring every 12-24 hours).

Serve.
