Drunken Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple (cored, pealed, and cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 3/4 c coconut rum
  • 3/4 c pineapple rum
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Directions

    1. Place pineapple in a flat plastic container (to allow to marinate in rums).
    2. Mix rums together and add to pineapple.
    3. Marinate pineapple for 2 days (stirring every 12-24 hours).
    4. Serve.
